Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the use of the mobile application “Find Braille” (the “Service”) provided by koyari (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Article 1: Agreement to the Terms
By using this Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. A service agreement incorporating these Terms is considered to have been established between you and us.
- Revisions to the Terms
We may revise these Terms, in principle, upon obtaining user consent. - However, we may revise the Terms without obtaining consent in the following cases:
When the revision is in the general interest of the users; or
When the revision does not conflict with the original purpose of the Terms and is reasonable in light of the necessity, content, and impact of the changes. - Any revised Terms will become effective once they are published within the Service along with the date of revision.
By continuing to use the Service after the effective date, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to the revised Terms.
Article 2: Subscription Fees
A subscription plan within the Service, referred to as “Braille Supporter,” provides access to paid features. The fees and available plans are specified within the app.
Depending on the selected plan, users will be billed on a semi-annual or annual basis.
By subscribing to one of the Braille Supporter plans, users gain access to the applicable paid features for the duration of the plan. Any changes to the paid content or pricing shall be governed in accordance with Article 1.
Article 3: Payment of Fees
Fees for the Service shall be paid through the auto-renewing subscription systems provided by Apple Inc. or Google Inc.
Charges will be processed via the selected platform’s payment methods.
We are not obligated to issue any receipts or other documentation in connection with fee payments.
Article 4: Subscription Renewal and Cancellation
Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Subscriptions cannot be canceled or refunded during the subscription period. Even if a cancellation request is made mid-period, the user will retain access to Braille Supporter features until the end of the current billing period.
To cancel auto-renewal, users must follow the appropriate procedures via the following links:
[App Store (Apple Inc.)]
[Google Play (Google Inc.)]
Note: These links may be subject to change by Apple or Google.
Please note that deleting the app does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it via the appropriate platform.

Users may not reproduce, alter, publicly transmit, or otherwise infringe on any intellectual property rights of the content provided through the Service without our prior consent.
